Who We Are

Katerina Marchio and Alessia Nigro share a love and passion for dance. Together they have more than 20 years of professional experience in the dance competition industry and in dance education. Dance has allowed them to discover their purpose and their goal is to facilitate a family friendly environment and healthy competitive atmosphere, which inspires and nurtures the development of the next generation of dancers.

Welcome to Season 4 of Purpose Dance Competition!

At Purpose, it is our mission to provide a positive and encouraging learning experience for all of our participants. The Complete Competition Experience fosters an environment where dancers can CREATE new memories, SHARE their passion for dance and EMPOWER one another to reach their highest potential. Ultimately, it is our philosophy that dance can allow you to FIND YOUR PURPOSE.

We can’t wait to share what we have in store for our participating studios in 2024! The planning has already started for what we know will be another incredible season of dance. In the meantime, be sure to check out our 2024 events, as well as the NEW CITY we have added to our tour this season.
